Explosion in Pakistan was suicide bombing

The explosion at a political party congress in Pakistan turned out to be a suicide attack. 42 people were killed and 80 people were injured in the blast, which was recorded by the participants of the congress. While no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, the Taliban administration in Afghanistan condemned the attack.
