Warship entered our territorial waters without permission: China

Sino-US relations, which have been strained by the US accusations regarding Covid-19 and the spy bubble crisis, continue to be dragged into a stalemate. Finally, in the statement made by the Chinese army, it was stated that a warship belonging to the US Navy, which entered its territorial waters in the South China Sea without permission, was removed. The United States, on the other hand, denied the allegations and said, "The United States will continue to fly, sail and operate wherever it is in accordance with international law."

'USA HAS CURED PEACE AND STABILITY'

According to the news in the Ihlas News Agency, the Chinese army announced that the USS Milius, the guided missile warship of the US Navy, entered the waters around the Paracel Islands in the South China Sea without permission. It was noted in the statement that the warship was tracked and removed from the region, and that the US ship entered the territorial waters of China, undermining peace and stability in the busy region.

Tian Junli, spokesman for China's Southern Operational Command, said in a statement, "The theater forces will always remain on high alert. They will take all necessary measures to resolutely maintain national sovereignty and security and peace and stability in the South China Sea."

DENIING FROM USA

The US Navy has denied China's claims. In a statement made by the Navy, it was stated that the warship was carrying out routine operations in the South China Sea and was not removed from the area. "The United States will continue to fly, sail, and operate wherever it is in accordance with international law," the US Navy's 7th Fleet said in a statement.
