Typhoon Doksuri hits China badly

After the Philippines, Typhoon Doksuri hit China, causing the country to experience the heaviest rainfall in years. More than 31,000 people were evacuated from the capital Beijing due to heavy rainfall. It also caused flooding and landslides.
