The Competition Board has decided to open an investigation into Türkiye's largest online food ordering website and application, Yemek Sepeti Electronic Communication Retail Food.
The board, deliberating the information, documents, and findings obtained during the preliminary investigation, deemed the findings serious and sufficient, leading to the decision to initiate an investigation against the company.
However, it's important to note that the investigation decisions made by the board do not necessarily imply that the enterprises or enterprise associations under investigation have violated the Law and will face sanctions.
