Speaking on a question about the elections in Türkiye in a television program he participated in, Mitsotakis said, "I will not make any predictions about the election result in Türkiye."

Emphasizing that it is not easy for Turkish politics to change suddenly, the Greek Prime Minister said, "I believe that Turkish revisionism has deep roots on both sides."

Speaking about the tense bilateral relations between Greece and Türkiye in recent years, Mitsotakis said, "But I like to look at the glass half full. I hope that Türkiye understands that it needs to completely rethink its relations with the West."

Speaking about the post-election atmosphere in Türkiye, the Greek leader concluded: "I will personally call the winner to congratulate him and ask for a meeting to set the framework for our relationship in the coming years.
