Even if my career stops I will never stop supporting Palestine: Bella Hadid

American top model of Palestinian origin Bella Hadid has spoken out about the Israeli-Palestine conflict since Hamas militants launched a surprise attack on Israel on October 7.

Bella Hadid issued a statement on the attack,

"Even if my career stops I will never stop supporting Palestine,“ Bella Hadid noted.

“I’m not afraid to lose modeling jobs & I will continue to speak up on Palestine,” she added.

While Bella Hadid expresses her thoughts at this speed, her father Palestinian real estate developer Mohamed Hadid posted on Instagram a photo of Netanyahu with a caption above stating, "Netanyahu: Hitler didn’t want to kill Jews, he killed because a Muslim told him to do so."

"The worst lie in history," Hadid wrote above the picture.

Hadid added his own commentary calling the Israel prime minister "the new Hitler"

This was never about Hamas. This to create the new graveyard to 2.5 million Palestinians .. the new Hitler of modern times," he wrote.

Hadid did not immediately respond for comment.

Hadid’s comments came after his daughter faced criticism for comparing the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict last year.

WHAT HAPPENED

Hamas's military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced that they launched a comprehensive attack against Israel called "Al-Aqsa Flood" on the morning of October 7.

While thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza towards Israel, armed groups entered the settlements in the region.

The Israeli army also launched an attack on the Gaza Strip with dozens of warplanes.
