Israel plans to attack 'Freedom Flotilla' ships preparing to deliver aid to Gaza

Tel Aviv is preparing to attack the ships of the Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC), which are ready to set sail to deliver aid to war-torn Gaza from Türkiye, according to Israel's media reports.

FFC has been working for over 15 years to challenge Israel's naval blockade of the enclave while providing aid to the besieged Gaza Strip – where over 34,000 civilians have been killed.

FFC, supported by individuals and organizations from various states, aims to deliver aid to the besieged Gaza Strip via ships departing from Türkiye.

According to Israeli-based Channel 12's report, the Israeli army is conducting exercises to attack the International Freedom Flotilla in an attempt to block the delivery of aid.

Israel attacked a flotilla comprising six ships on May 31, 2010, where Israel seized five ships with no other damage reported.

However, Israeli commandos killed 10 passengers on the Mavi Marmara ship in another incident.
