Turkish Airlines, Pantone Institute introduce 'Turkish Airlines Red'

Türkiye's Turkish Airlines teamed up with the Pantone Color Institute to officially register the color PANTONE 7620 as 'Turkish Airlines Red.'

Established in 1933 and evolving into 'Turkish Airlines Inc.' in 1956, Türkiye's flag barrier has continually sought to differentiate its brand in the competitive airline industry.

Notably, the airline introduced a unique cabin scent, "Turkish Delight," in the 1980s, and later, "TK 1933," a custom fragrance developed in collaboration with MG Gulcicek in 2016, after an extensive research and development.

These initiatives have significantly contributed to the airline's distinctive brand experience.

The partnership with Pantone, a globally recognized color authority, is a critical achievement in Turkish Airlines’ strategy to develop its brand.

Turkish Airlines’ engagement in high-profile advertising campaigns featuring renowned personalities such as Morgan Freeman, Kevin Costner, Kobe Bryant, Halle Berry and Lionel Messi has enhanced its global brand awareness.

The formalization of ‘Turkish Airlines Red’ in partnership with Pantone is anticipated to further elevate the airline’s prestigious image and appeal to passengers worldwide, reinforcing its dedication to providing exceptional travel experiences.
