Another shooting took place at a school in the United States. Three people were killed and five seriously injured in the shooting at Michigan State University. Police said in a statement that the suspected gunman killed himself.

A horrific gun attack took place in the USA. The incident took place at Michigan State University, one of the 10 largest universities in the USA, located in the state of Michigan. The university's police department announced Monday night that a man shot himself to death at Michigan State University after killing at least three people and wounding five others. Police officers said at a midnight press conference on Tuesday that the suspect committed suicide outside of campus. Police said in a statement issued at 1:30am local time, the suspect was a 43-year-old man with no affiliation with Michigan State University.

KILLED 3 PEOPLE IN TWO ARMED ATTACKS

Chris Rozman, interim deputy chief of police for the Michigan State University police department, said at a police briefing at midnight that the suspect was involved in two separate shootings on campus. The first shooting took place at the Berkey Hall building, which houses the university's Faculty of Social Sciences. The second was at MSU Union. Rozman announced that two people were killed at Berkey Hall and one person at MSU Union.

Chris Rozman said at a 1.30am police briefing that the five injured people are in critical condition and are being treated at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan.

On the other hand, the suspect had previously been identified by law enforcement as a short black male wearing red shoes, a denim jacket, and a navy blue baseball cap. However, the identity of the attacker was not disclosed.

However, the police did not provide further information, citing that they respect the families of the deceased and injured.
